I am currently a high school teacher based in QLD who has teaching experience in all year levels of maths except year 12. I have graduated from the Bachelor of Education (Secondary maths) with high distinction and achieved GPA 7s for all my math units. I believe in the importance of quality teaching and catering to the needs of diverse learners, and have helped students jump from a fail to high Bs and As. I am here to help students gain confidence in the subject of maths and to excel in it. 

In my early career as a high school teacher (in school setting), I was nominated several times for Schools Plus Teaching Awards supported by Commonwealth Bank as well as the prestigious FNQ Noreen Wilcox Beginning Teacher award. I take pride in my work and strive to bring out the best of all students, as I believe everyone has the potential to succeed in their school subjects. 

I possess extensive knowledge on Junior Secondary Maths (year 7 – 10 math methods), and have taught all year levels in a school context for a couple years now. 

I also teach Year 11 General Mathematics but am able to also teach Year 11 Math Methods.
