I am an experienced teacher with many years of experience across a range of subject areas from K to 12. I have extensive expertise and qualifications in gifted education, diverse learning support needs and abilities, disability and EAL/D.

I have a deep understanding of the syllabuses and how the curriculum is delivered. I have taught schools across a range of subject departments, working with parents, students and teachers, teaching classes for different subjects, including Maths, Humanities, English and Literacy.

I have the experience and capacity to tutor students to help personalise their access to the curriculum and to develop their skills and strategies for increasingly independent learning.  I have experience with supporting students with assessment tasks and classwork.

I have a comprehensive range of resources and a skill set to support individualised tutoring programs, set goals and plan interventions for student progress. I have particular expertise, training and interest in literacy-reading and comprehension and numeracy. 

I can be flexible with session planning and times and will be committed to supporting students to grow as learners. I have been a teacher, Educational Advisor and Consultant. I have several postgraduate specialisation qualifications.
