Hello future students!

My name is Maddison and I am a teacher in Melbourne, Victoria. I absolutely love helping students reach their learning goals and develop their confidence within themselves. I started my learning journey at Australian Catholic University by completing a Bachelor of Teaching/Bachelor of Science. I continued my learning journey at the University of Melbourne when I completed my Masters of Teaching (primary). Throughout my studies, I worked as a casual relief teacher and a tutor, racking up 7 years experience in the classroom. I spent last year teaching full time with a beautiful Year 2 class. I left at the end of last year to have my first child, Levi. I can’t wait to jump back into the teaching realm through tutoring. During my time in the classroom, I saw first hand how children benefit from one-on-one support. I can help facilitate your child’s academic growth though testing to understand what the student needs from me, a personalised program aimed to close the learning gaps that may be present and build your child’s confidence in themselves and their abilities.
