A brief introduction
I’m a highly qualified teacher who’s had all kinds of education adventures over 25 years. English with grandmas in the mountains of Japan. Maths with toddlers in the desert. I’ve taken students to Canberra to see parliament in (in)action and farms to kill animals (or not). The most important place I’ve been with students is further in their learning journey. I have a secondary teaching qualification specialising in both Yr 7-10 Science and HaSS. I am qualified to teach upper school Biology and Geography. This one year course was actually the equivalent of 2 years because we worked through the holiday periods to complete the extra coursework.
