I’m a Science/Chemistry teacher currently working at NSW top comprehensive public school who has been tutoring Chemistry, science and junior maths for the last 2 years.

I have been a high school Chemistry teacher since 2021, with a bachelor of education and bachelor of science (majoring in chemistry) under my belt. 

As a new teacher, I have spent numerous hours critiquing my methods of delivering the Syllabus  to my students. I apply the same dedication to my tutoring students, differentiating between them and ensuring the areas of weakness are identified and focused on. 

Additionally, throughout my 3 years teaching the Stage 6 Syllabus, I have attended numerous HSC marking workshops and documented and analysed key data from Year 12 results to make future improvements to my teaching. 

I take pride in my ability to create effective methods to explain key concepts and ideas to students that enable a deeper understanding of the Syllabus.
